What we did
Designed and facilitated a multi stranded change programme for The Nat West Bank culminating in the selection and certification of a ‘Train the Trainer’ Customer care Programme with licenced materials. This programme was rolled out to 3,000 managers and employees nationally spread
Created, project managed and delivered trainers’ training programmes with licensed manuals and back up materials.
What we did
We designed and implemented a country wide’ CARE programme, Customers Are Really Everything’
This involved deigning a new Cultural blueprint which we developed and enrolled everyone from the CEO of the Bank to every branch manager.
Following this very successful initiative we selected and trained 12 inhouse trainers who were able to become certified and continue to embed and roll out the skills to the rest of the staff over time.
Implemented company-wide corporate transformation programmes for blue chip companies including National Australia Bank (Clydesdale Bank), Thomas Cook Financial Services and NRMA Sydney and Swiss bank
The package was bought and implemented by, Allied Dunbar, Swiss Bank and Zurich Financial Services.
